Guns Classifieds Network LLC appreciates our law enforcement and is willing to provide whatever information we can when a legal issue arises. However, we can only provide user and/or system information when properly and legally served.
This guide details what types of information we cannot provide, also also the process for getting in touch and serving legal documents.
2. TYPES OF INFORMATION WE CANNOT PROVIDE
Be aware that we only store a very limited amount of current user data, and we do not keep archives of data for any extended period of time.
TRANSACTION INFORMATION
WE ARE NOT PART OF THE TRANSACTION PROCESS IN ANY WAY. Therefore, we cannot provide any information relating to any transaction between buyer and seller.
COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN USERS
WE ARE NOT PART OF THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN USERS IN ANY WAY. Therefore, we cannot provide any information relating to any communication between users.
BUYER INFORMATION IN GENERAL
We do not require “buyers” to register an account to simply browse any of the classifieds websites. The public is able to freely view all listings and can get in touch with sellers via whatever method of contact the seller has posted in their ad. Therefore, we do not store information regarding buyers in general, unless they have also separately registered an account in the system to be able to list ads.
AD VIEWING INFORMATION
Because the public is allowed to freely browse classifieds ads, we do not store any data relating to the viewing of ads.
